1. Operational Command & Control

Chain of Command: Every assignment has a designated Team Leader (TL) reporting to the Operations Manager. No instruction is ambiguous.

Incident Reporting: All incidents are logged via our digital command center in real-time (`SITREP`), generating an immediate alert to Client HQ and ASG Response Teams.

2. Use of Force Policy

ASG strictly adheres to the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR). Our RUF (Rules for Use of Force) dictates:

  • Legality: Force must be lawful and necessary.
  • Necessity: Force is only used when no other option exists.
  • Proportionality: The level of force must match the threat level.
  • Accountability: Every instance of force is reported and investigated.

3. Training & Readiness

Personnel undergo mandatory refresher training quarterly, covering:

  • Weapon handling safety (where applicable/licensed).
  • Advanced First Aid & CPR.
  • Conflict resolution & verbal de-escalation.
  • Counter-surveillance drills.

4. Client Confidentiality

We treat client identity, movements, and assets as classified information. All personnel sign binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Digital data is stored on encrypted servers with role-based access control.
